1 - Joint tape 2 - eggshells 3 - Jewelry labels 4 - Tea bags, round or regular 5 - medical cotton tape 6 - sewing thread 7 - Vintage school labels 8 - Glassine bags 9 - Stamps 10 - Staples
and the 6 papers :

1 - Studio Calico - Hey Day - Dew 2 - Kraft 3+4 - Bazzil white
5 - Lily Bee Design - Happily lost - Sun Soaked 6 - Echo Park - All about a boy - Rough and tough

OK, girls! Here is my "trash stash". Lucky for me, hoarder is my middle name, so even though I'm at my country house (which, buy the way is almost entirely furnished and decorated with old upcycled items) and not in the house that holds my major stash, I could still make a fine selection while hoarding my cupboards and drawers ;-) So, I chose five papers - one piece of Bazzill kraft cardstock, and four sheets from the MME Chalk Studio line. And there was no way I could limit myself to just ten items, so here goes: 1 plastic bag from Lisbeth Dahl, Copenhagen 1 small chunk of wood wool 1 piece of a broken yardstick (I knew it would come in handy some day!) 1 black paper clip 1 swan feather 1 piece of ball chain (from a jeans tag) 1 piece of silver-colored string (from a prize tag) 1 page from a broken dictionary (salvaged from the school where I teach) 1 sheet of tissue paper (from a new box of underwear that I opened the other day) 1 lid from a glass jar 1 chrocheted doily (which I saved from entering the trash can when my cousin cleared out her grandmother's apartment, so technically it is trash, even though most of us would consider it a treasure) 1 white ribbon (which was tied around a blanket I bought for hubby last Christmas) 1 tyre from a toy car 2 tags, (1 from a pair of slip-on Converse, and one from a Christmas ornament) 1 wine bottle cap 1 cork (half wood and half cork, from a bottle of mulled wine) 1 piece of denim fabric 1 odd end of T-shirt yarn (left over from a rug I'm chrocheting for my son's room) Yup, that's it. I can't wait to see what the next part of the challenge is going to be!

What can I say? I'm moving into a new house in the next couple of weeks, so I am in the process of clearing up my stuff. Just 3 hours before this first part went live, I had thrown away three big bags of trash, including some napkins which I was keeping "just in case they could serve for some scrap work"!!! Luckily, I'm still in the process of clearing up stuff, so I managed to find a few more things. Here is my... trash! 1 - protective plastic thingy that I found between some forgotten IKEA plates (the treasures one can find!) 2 - protective net around vases of chocolate spread 3 - tube tickets 4 - receipts (a few years old!) 5 - boarding pass 6 - IKEA fabric which have remained after I sewed my new pillow cases 7 - aluminum foil 8 - pages from a book I am not going to read 9 - credit cards statement inserts 10 - threads - again from sewing the pillows 11 - yarn - leftovers from the pillow case I have crocheted 12 - napkins - I was collecting napkins that I liked for some reason and had thrown them away just a couple of hours before the challenge went on air. Luckily I found some more in another box! And the papers, 3 from Pink Paislee Color Wash collection and two from Amy Tangerine Yes Please collection.
