Good moning from sunny Athens! Here is my take on the doodling challenge! It was so fun and relaxing! I choose to scrap my happy place, my scraproom on a black paper with lots of white pens (signo and sharpie), lots of black micron and stardust and glaze sakura pens!!! Ok, my page for this. I doodled with a black pen on the background, and then colored it with a couple of happy colors. I choose to place my four photos as a collage in one spot of the page. I doodeled a hangning spider and a heart on the photos. The titel and journaling are all hand written as well. More details in my blog.

I used water colour ink based pencils for colouring in and a Sharpie white pen for the photographs, unfortunately the paper has gone a bit wrinkled from the water but it should flatten out in time. I drew the title and coloured it in to look like a sewing pattern. There are close up photographs on my blog seabreezes.typepad.com/sea_breezes/2014/02/round-3-scrap-tournament-.html

Here is my entry for Round 3. I was in away babysitting grandkids when the Challenge rules were announced and all I had with me were my colored sharpie markers and my gel pens.... Every night after the kids were in bed, I doodled my entire layout onto white card stock ... I came home today to cut out all the key elements and re-assemble it.... please see my blog post for all the details and more photos... Scrapbook Lynne Blog

I decided to use photos of the things, that usually I have on my desk. All doodling are hand dooodled, title is directly on the layout. On two photos, according to the rules, I put drawings. I hope, you like it More photos you can find on my blog: poczekalniaaka.blogspot.com/2014/03/you-are-always-on-my.html

Hello again!! So, here is my take on the challenge.... for the love of teddies... It took me a whole week to decide on which photos to choose, and then I had today to execute it. It definitely came out much differently from what I had imagined, and I seem to make my life difficult by coming up with the hardest ideas to execute. This time it was to make my doodling a resist. This meant that I had to doodle with white on white... which ofcourse meant that I couldn't really see what I was doing. However, when the inks and watercolours were added...the magic happened.... I went over many areas with my fine Whispers markers to accentuate certain areas. I began the LO by hand sketching my title, and then using some masking fluid to mask it off. I added quite a few layers of shading to the title so that it would pop! More detailed photos on my blog as well as some photos of the process! linkAttachments:
