OMG, What a challenge for me this week! No ink............LOL Well here is my submission for this round. This is the front of my card. I have finally found a used for my dried out rubon's that don't want to transfer properly....yes they make wonderful distress/ink like edges when ink is not allowed. CApturing the inside of my card while it is closed is pretty hard but here is a the kaliediscope opening as you just start to open the card. Here is the card fully opened - so the kaliediscope has fully retractedd. I used Core'dinations Cardstock in both Turquoise and Natural and Black and Turqoise with my Sizzix Tim Holtz Honeycomb distress folder, Graphic 45 paper for the saying and trim. A couple of Peacock feathers from my stash. Oh wait you say....I don't have a hidden element on the front of my card you say? Well flip back to the front and lift up the magnatized edge that says imagine and look at this hidden accordian pocket that holds a double sided pull out that holds a gift card. With lots of room to add more treasures if your so inclined. You are welcome to visit my blog Daring to Dream and Design.

I have chosen to doodle with my stylus and use copper sheeting from Ranger which I have heat distressed and then accentuated with black Stazon Ink. I then used my pen and turquoise embossing powder to accentuate the butterfly and do my inspirational note. You can see more details of my work on Daring to Dream and Design

I chose the brown pallette for my card ranging from tan all the way to the dark black walnut of the distress ink. The Effiel tower in the card is popped up from the card in its own shape and not attached to the more traditional rectangle. More detailed photos can be seen on my blog Daring to Dream and Design
