Hello again!! So, here is my take on the challenge.... for the love of teddies... It took me a whole week to decide on which photos to choose, and then I had today to execute it. It definitely came out much differently from what I had imagined, and I seem to make my life difficult by coming up with the hardest ideas to execute. This time it was to make my doodling a resist. This meant that I had to doodle with white on white... which ofcourse meant that I couldn't really see what I was doing. However, when the inks and watercolours were added...the magic happened.... I went over many areas with my fine Whispers markers to accentuate certain areas. I began the LO by hand sketching my title, and then using some masking fluid to mask it off. I added quite a few layers of shading to the title so that it would pop! More detailed photos on my blog as well as some photos of the process! linkAttachments:

Hello everyone!!! This is my take on the challenge, #yummy strawberries. I will admit, it was much tougher than I had imagined! I decided to use a warm grey for my colour, and mixed my own paint using some pearly off-white, black, white and some mahogany to give it that warm tone. I didn't want a harsh, cold grey for the pictures of my precious niece.!!! All elements are handmade, I used MissKateCuttables and PaperPiecingsByNicki to cut my elements out of white cardstock which I then coloured. Some stitching around the edge gives a border, and a little bling to bring the LO to life!!! Hope you like it! More pics on my blog

Hello!!! Really in the nick of time... but this is my take on the first challenge. I live in the most populated area of Athens Greece, and I think it is much prettier at night, so, my photographs, document a walk down to a pedestrian street lined with cafeterias and restaurants. I used Echo Park "Here and now" collection. I stenciled with gesso over two areas of my LO to add some texture, and then only some stamping and empellishments were used. Hope you like it, and thank you for looking!!! More details on my blog, nektariasgarden.blogspot.com
